Green Smoothie

greensmoothie This little green smoothie is full of nutrients and the natural goodness of spinach, pear, avocado & coconut water. 

So many people love green smoothies because they are a great way to sneak in extra leafy vegetables into your diet.  

This smoothie is based on coconut water, if you wish you can substitute the coconut water for coconut milk.

Ingredients
  • 1 cup coconut water
  • 1 cup english spinach
  • 1 pear, seeds removed
  • 2 medjool dates, seed removed
  • 1 cup ice cubes
  • ½ cup cold water
  • ½ avocado
Instructions
  1. Place all ingredients in the blender and blend until smooth.
