Black Sapote Chocolate Mousse
Paleo Princess: 
Dairy free Chocolate Mousse
  • 200g Black Sapote flesh (approx 2 Sapote)
  • ½ teaspoon vanilla bean paste
  • ½ cup coconut cream
  • 1 Tablespoon raw cacao powder
  1. Place all ingredients into a food processor and blend until smooth.
  2. Allow to chill in the fridge for about 2 hours (as best served chilled).
  3. Store in the fridge until ready to serve. Enjoy x M
If you need to sweeten the mousse, you can add one tablespoon of honey (or maple syrup).. but I find that it is sweet enough. Especially when the Black Sapote is nice and ripe.
