Blueberry Buckwheat Smoothie

Blueberry smoothie with buckwheat.
  • ½ cup buckwheat (plus enough water to cover)
  • 1 cup frozen blueberries
  • ½ cup coconut cream
  • 1 cup ice
  • ½ cup water
  • 2 medjool dates, seeds removed
  • 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  1. Place the buckwheat into a mug and cover with water & set aside on the bench to soak overnight.
  2. The following morning, drain the water from the buckwheat.
  3. Place the drained buckwheat, blueberries, coconut cream, ice, ½ cup water, dates and cinnamon into a blender.
  4. Blend until smooth. Enjoy x M
